A new small business website from Jeremy Anderson Tech costs $3,500 flat for up to 8 pages, and it’s live in 3 to 4 weeks. Bigger builds cost more: $7,500 for a fully custom site and $15,000 or more for online stores and complex systems. Below is what each price covers, what changes it, and what you’ll pay after launch.

What the $3,500 Business Site includes
- Up to 8 pages: Home, About, Services and Contact, plus 4 more
- A custom child theme or Full Site Editing theme setup, designed around your business
- Mobile responsive and Core Web Vitals optimized, so it’s fast on phones
- On-page SEO setup: an SEO plugin, page titles, descriptions and schema markup

- 30 days of support after launch
What changes the price of a website
- Number of pages. Up to 8 fits the Business Site package. More pages or custom features move you to Custom Platform.
- Custom features. Booking systems, member areas or tools built for how your business works take custom development.
- Selling online. A WooCommerce store falls under Complex System.
- Moving an existing site. If you only need a current site moved to new hosting, Site Migration is $750.
- Extra search work. Local SEO Setup ($550) and Schema and AEO Markup ($475) help you show up in local results and AI answers.
What a website costs after launch
The first 30 days of support are included. After that, ongoing care is optional:
| Option | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Watchdog | $350 a month | Updates, offsite backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly security scan |
| Guardian | $850 a month | Everything in Watchdog, plus 24-hour response, performance tracking and small content and design edits |
| CMS training | $350 | Gets your team comfortable editing the site |
| WordPress development | $115 an hour, two-hour minimum | Fixes and changes as you need them |
Hosting and your domain name are separate from the build, so ask about them in any quote you compare.
